Guttman President Attends Historic Excelsior Scholarship Signing

On April 12 New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo held a ceremonial signing of the historic Excelsior Scholarship with special Guest Hillary Clinton at LaGuardia Community College. The Excelsior Scholarship makes earning an associate’s or bachelor’s degree at a New York public college or university tuition-free for families making less than $125,000. New York is the nation’s first state to launch an accessible college program.
