Josephine Minnow received a B.A. in Mass Communication, concentration in Sports Promotions from the University of Connecticut. Currently, she is an Events Manager with Shutterstock.

Shutterstock, a global technology company, has created the largest and most vibrant two-sided marketplace for creative professionals to license content – including images, videos and music – as well as innovative tools that power the creative process. In her role as Event Manager, Josephine is in charge of logistics, production, branding opportunities and overall customer experience at Shutterstock events and activations on a global stage.

Josephine has over seven years of event management experience with companies such as Steiner Sports, First American Title and Facebook. Prior to joining Shutterstock, Josephine was an Event Producer at YouTube Space NY, powered by ASG, working on several events, productions and live streams. These included Charlamagne tha God’s book launch, The Migos’ album release party for Culture, Bill and Melinda’s Gate’s annual letter livestream, Complex’s live election coverage and much more.

Daisy Vargas is currently a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Associate at HBO supporting the recruitment efforts of support level roles across the company on the East Coast. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University in Broadcast Journalism. Prior to working at HBO, she was a Finance Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for an HIV/AIDS clinic at Mt. Sinai Hospital.

Michael Tyner is a writer-directer who will televise the revolution. Or so he hopes. Growing up in Harlem, Tyner was surrounded by movers and shakers. His father Jarvis Tyner, a lifelong activist, taught him resilience; his mother Leith Mullings, a world-renowned anthropologist taught him diligence; and his uncle McCoy Tyner, a Jazz legend, taught him beauty. Tyner made directorial debut in 2011 with Malcolmology, a nationally televised six-part series on the life of Malcolm X as told by the late Pulitzer Prize winning historian Manning Marable. Tyner has produced over six short films with his partner Karim Lopez including The Last Days of Hustling which premiered at Cannes Short Film Corner. Tyner continues to create meaningful content and direct his own projects. His narrative directorial debut, Jake will premiere in Harlem at The People’s Film Festival. Tyner is currently working on Redlined a poetic short film about a girl fighting gentrification in her neighborhood. Tyner resides in the land of Brooklyn.

Rich has a BS in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University and an MBA in Management and Finance from Mercy College.

Mwata Nubian was born in Panama. He received a BA from SUNY Stony brook and a Masters in Social Work from Hunter College, School of Social Work. He currently works as the Operations Manager at the Fort Greene Council and is also an Adjunct Faculty at Hostos Community College. As an Operations Manager, he supervises managers and directors responsible for senior, and children services with over $6 million funding.
