In case of lightning, the ceremony will be rescheduled for June 22, 2023.

Commencement Day:

  • Guests will be seated in the reserved section starting at 8:15 a.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
  • The Commencement is scheduled to be at least two (2) hours long. It will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. Late arrivals will be seated only after the Commencement Ceremony has started at the discretion of Guttman personnel.
  • As seating is limited, guests will be admitted into the reserved seated areas only if they have a ticket. Tickets will not be available on the day of Commencement.
  • Every guest who will occupy a seat will need a ticket, including children. No exceptions!!!
  • Only children aged 2 and under, who will remain on an adult’s lap for the entire Commencement ceremony, will not need a ticket.

We ask that you adhere to the following during the Commencement ceremony:

  • Wear a mask.
  • NO balloons, fog horns, signs, and alcohol/drugs – they are strictly prohibited. Balloons, fog horns, and signs will be taken away. Anyone found with alcohol/drugs will be escorted out of the reserved seating area.
  • Please be courteous and SILENCE your cell phones.
  • Seating will be based on a first-come-first-served basis. “Saving seats” will not be permitted.
  • Please be courteous to everyone, by refraining from leaving your seat during the ceremony and/or leaving the ceremony early.
    • This includes leaving/standing your seat in order to take pictures.
    • Standing during the ceremony is strictly prohibited. Public safety will ask you to be seated and/or escort you to the reserved seating area.
