Join the Line - Virtually!

Qless-join the virtual line

Introducing QLess, the new virtual queue system for the HUB – Student Information Center (including Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, and the Registrar). Students no longer need to wait in line on campus to access HUB services. With QLess, you will virtually join the HUB line using text, mobile app, QR code, or on-site kiosk/monitor (located in the Atrium). You will be able to select the type(s) of services you need and will be given an expected wait period. With the timely updates and notifications, you will receive alerts about your status (movements to the front of the queue) on the HUB line. You will receive a message once it is time to directly meet with a HUB representative for consultation.

The HUB – Student Information Center at Guttman Community College will be open for operation beginning on February 28th from the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. Join our QLess virtual line for in-person services.

Our Mission

At Guttman, students are the focal point of our community and we cultivate our students’ success. The HUB – Student Information Center’s primary mission is to provide personalized support in enrollment services for the offices of Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. The HUB is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the college.

Ask about the three (3) step Admissions application process on becoming a Guttman Student.

Submit commitment forms, immunization records and proof of H.S. graduation or equivalency.

Get general information about tuition/billing inquiries.

Learn how to enroll in direct deposit.

Submit supporting financial documents for the completion of the verification process.

Learn how to review your financial aid awards and To Do List.

Request Official and Third Party transcripts for non-CUNY related schools.

Ask for an enrollment verification to have proof of school attendance.

Attend HUB workshops to learn how to navigate through CUNYfirst – Student Center.
