College Hosts Strategy Labs Delegation

On November 16 Guttman hosted a Strategy Labs delegation from Strategy Labs_Lumina 11.16.15four different states to discuss guided pathways peer learning opportunities at the College. Among the topics discussed: Guttman instructional team model; Summer Bridge program; Advising and the role of Student Success Advocates and Career Strategists; Ethnography of Work course; and E-portfolio, Starfish, and student learning outcomes.

Strategy Labs are an open platform for leaders and influencers in all 50 states to gather and share research, data and professional experiences to advance Goal 2025. That goal is to increase the proportion of Americans with high-quality degrees, certificates and other credentials to 60 percent by the year 2025. The Strategy Labs enable Lumina Foundation to connect and collaborate with state and system-level policymakers and higher education leaders to advance the State Policy Agenda and to focus on increased educational attainment.
