Guttman Community College announces a partnership with Chase bank as part of the College’s first career pathways program. Students will begin working at Chase as part-time bank tellers while continuing their studies to earn a bachelor’s degree.  Students in any major may participate. After graduation, students may engage in further professional development and training at Chase to become eligible for full-time opportunities as personal and relationship bankers.

The program will begin in January 2017 with five half-day training sessions to give students an introduction to banking, JP Morgan Chase History and an overview of financial services careers.  Students will meet at the Chase training center in lower Manhattan on Wednesday afternoons.

The College developed the program with Jesse Jackson, Chief Learning Officer, Consumer & Community Banking, at Chase. Chase and the College are committed to creating career pathways and solid futures for Guttman students.
