For support, students can send tickets to the Helpdesk or call Monday to Friday:

For after-hours support with Blackboard, please call 646-664-2024 after 8 pm

Students who need laptops should email the Help Desk to set up a pick-up appointment at helpdesk@guttman.cuny.edu.

Late Night Blackboard Support

Students can access after-hours Blackboard support that will be available by telephone on weeknights – between 8:00pm and 8:00 the next morning and weekends – all day and night on Saturdays and Sunday. After-hours Blackboard support is to assist you with using Blackboard only; contact Guttman’s helpdesk for all performance, technical and access issues.

ePortfolio

Digication is supported on Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Mobile Safari, and Chrome for Android and iOS. Safari and Chrome are the only browsers supported on mobile.
