Guttman I.T. Help Desk

For support, students can send tickets to the Helpdesk or call Monday to Friday:

For after-hours support with Blackboard, please call 646-664-2024 after 8 pm

Students who need laptops should email the Help Desk to set up a pick-up appointment at helpdesk@guttman.cuny.edu.

Late Night Blackboard Support

Students can access after-hours Blackboard support that will be available by telephone on weeknights – between 8:00 pm and 8:00 the next morning and on weekends – all day and night on Saturdays and Sundays. After-hours Blackboard support is to assist you with using Blackboard only; contact Guttman’s helpdesk for all performance, technical and access issues.
