We are excited to welcome Manhattan Deputy Borough President Keisha Sutton-James as keynote speaker for Guttman’s 12th Annual Commencement Ceremony! Ms. Sutton-James’s work centers on community affairs, constituent services, organizing and equity. 

 

She also serves as the borough president’s designee on the Board of Trustees of New York City Employee Retirement System (NYCERS) – one of the nation’s largest pension systems – as well as the Harlem Community Development Corporation and several business improvement districts. As the founder of Sutton Button Productions, she served as a consultant in the political, media, activist and corporate diversity spaces with clients ranging from the National Action Network to BET Networks to the Council of Urban Professionals.
