On Commencement Day
- Every guest who will occupy a seat will require a ticket, including children.
- Children aged 2 and under who will remain on an adult’s lap for the entire Commencement ceremony will not need a ticket.
- Guests will be seated in the reserved section staring at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.
- Commencement is scheduled to be at least two (1.5) hours long. The ceremony will start promptly at 11:00 a.m. Late arrivals will be seated only after the Commencement ceremony has started at the discretion of Guttman personnel.
- As seating is limited, guests will be admitted into the reserved seating areas only if they have a ticket. Tickets will not be available on the day of Commencement.
During the Commencement Ceremony
Please adhere to the following:
Balloons, fog horns, signs or alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited. Balloons, fog horns and signs will be taken away, and anyone found with alcohol/drugs will be escorted out of the reserved seating area.
Please be courteous and silence your cell phones.
Seating will be based on first-come first-served basis. “Saving seats” will not be permitted.
Please refrain from leaving your seat during the ceremony and/or leaving the ceremony early.
Standing during the ceremony is strictly prohibited. Public safety will ask you to be seated and/or escort you out of the reserved seating area if you fail to comply.
