The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the coordination and administration of the core and voluntary employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, vision, dental, prescription, retirement, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Commuter Benefits and tax-deferred annuities (TDA). The administration of all medical leaves of absence and workers’ compensation is also managed within our department. Our Office acts as a liaison between the Guttman campus, the vendors and CUNY’s University Benefits Office. We also ensure all processes are administered in accordance with all applicable state, local and federal laws and regulations, policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreements.
