      Continuing Education

      Behavioral Health Career Mobility Program

The Behavioral Health Career Mobility Program is a free workforce training initiative that prepares individuals for entry-level careers supporting people with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health needs. Participants gain the knowledge, practical skills, and industry-recognized credentials needed to begin careers as Mental Health Technicians, Life Skills Coaches, Community Health Navigators, and other frontline human services professionals.

Center for Career Preparation and Partnerships

The Center for Career Preparation and Partnerships (CCPP) is a student-centered hub that connects you with employers through internships, career coaching and experiential learning. We equip you with the skills you need to transfer to a four-year college or begin a fulfilling career upon graduation from Guttman.

      Career Innovation Hub

Our Career Innovation Hub (CIH) serves as Guttman’s workforce innovation lab. We bring together faculty, staff, employers and community partners to design programs, pilot emerging ideas and integrate career competencies into both credit and non-credit pathways. Through this work, CIH prepares students to be future-ready while enabling employers to stay ahead of evolving industry needs.
