I am eager to serve and collaborate with everyone to make Guttman an even better place for all students.

Jerry
As a dedicated student at our community college, I’m passionate about creating a vibrant campus experience where every student feels represented, empowered, and included in an already so inclusive college. My academic journey has taught me the value of critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills that I’ll bring to the SGA presidency. I understand the importance of being an effective liaison between students and administration, which will, in turn, fortify the connection.

Vice Presidents

Ariba
Hello Everyone, my name is Ariba Sikder. You might’ve seen me around the campus here and there! I’m currently working as a Federal Work-Study student at the CCPP office, a current PTK member, and I’m running for Vice President of the Student Government Association because I care deeply about our college community. As a first-year student, I took time to observe and understand our campus, and I’ve noticed areas that could be improved—especially when it comes to inclusion, communication, and support for all students.

Ariba Sikder

Randy
My name is Randy Cazado. This is my second year at Guttman. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx. Since being a Senator last year, I have learned a lot. I believe this year I am capable of doing more than I previously did. I have gotten to know the students. I have heard their complaints, and I want to be the students’ voice here at Guttman.

I will create a better environment with more interactive and educational events—so good that people will speak about them for weeks to come. I am determined to make the school better in even the smallest ways, not just for me but for future Grizzlies. I am excited to be running for Vice President because I believe in the power of teamwork, communication, and action. I will work together with everyone in SGA to bring your ideas to life. Last but not least, I’m committed to building a stronger, more connected school community where everyone feels included and represented.
Sincerely,
Randy Cazado
Treasury

Brad
Hello!!! My name is Brad Lynch. I am a first-year student at Guttman CC majoring in Accounting. I am interested in applying for the Treasurer position of SGA to help with budgeting and managing club finances, offering ideas for and helping to plan special events, engaging in meaningful discussions about innovations to some of Guttman’s policies, and working collaboratively to create an all-inclusive environment where all students and faculty can thrive and feel a sense of belonging.

My major passions include spreading disability awareness and advocacy, learning financial literacy and independence, and being dedicated to helping people and other important causes bigger than myself. I’d love to serve as a dedicated and compassionate role model that other students feel comfortable turning to if they ever need anything and be able to work with the amazing members of our Guttman faculty and gain useful experience in a professional work environment.
Sincerely,
Brad Lynch
