In a cross collaboration the Academic Success Center, Office of Wellness, and Women's Resource Services brings to you Daily Bites for your Mind & Body.

Experience 12 weeks of breathing, meditation and various movement practices to help you manage anxiety and gain focus.

Available weekly, via your e-mail, this prerecorded series will introduce various focuses, such as introductory breathing practices, strengthening & mobility exercising, chair sequences and much more!

This launch event and The Hub itself are sponsored by the CUNY LGBTQI+ Council, a university-wide committee of faculty and staff dedicated to supporting the intersectional LGBTQI+ communities across the university system, and the CUNY Office of Student Inclusion Initiatives.
